Review and Auditing of Financial Statements

Our role is to enhance confidence through the financial statements prepared by management for inspecting the financial statements and accounting books; in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), to express our opinion on the fairness of the financial statements and their compliance with the standards and regulations set by Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) and with legislative requirements and other regulatory rules such as the companies' articles of association.

We adhere to perform the high quality external auditing efficiently, technically and professionally, as well as we evaluate the internal control systems by review procedures, then we provide the management with a letter containing our observations and errors discovered during the auditing, and methods of its handling, to assist the management in performing the best and risk control.

We have extensive experience in auditing and reviewing accounting of all facilities, whether it is commercial, industrial, service, contracting governmental and quasi-governmental, non-profit establishments and in all its legal forms. We are very focused on effective planning, due to it is very necessary for the audit process, therefore; prior to performing the audit procedures, we work closely with the accounting department employees in the facilities, to develop a practical and effective auditing plan.
